Directions: Larson-Miller Medical Waste Disposal Service, 3315 S. Simco Rd.
Take I-84 East of Boise toward Mountain Home
Exit 74, go right (South) onto Simco Rd. 3 miles
Just past mile marker 4, track is on the right.
Drive time from Boise Outlet Mall is only 20 minutes!

Cost: $15 Adult, $8.00  Ages 11-18, $5 Trailblazers 10 and under (per race)

*purchase of USA Cycling day license required if not annual license holder

Start time:
5:15    Registration opens. (Registration ends 15 minutes before each race)  6:25   Cat 2, 3 and All Females (35    minutes)     7:05   Cat 1 and Pro Men / Women (45 minutes)

Or option #3 pay for one race and race both heats, remember this is for fun!

Part of the 3 Step Program for Short Track Success

Step 1) Find a short track course and some competition (taken care of by us).

Step 2) Show up (this is your job). Come train in a fun, casual, organized atmosphere. Bring the family to watch!

Step 3) Participate in one of Idaho’s short track or cross country events and be amazed how much stronger you are. Just watch the wins add up!
